Estate of Oei Tjoe otherwise called Wong Yik Chu otherwise called Oei Ek Tjoe deceased
Died on or about the 5th day of June, 1945, at No. 188, Rue Chisi Shanghai, China.
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Trustees Ordinance (Chapter 59)
NOTICE is hereby given that creditors and any other persons having claims against the estate of the abovenamed deceased, should give notice thereof in writing to Messrs. CHAN, LAYCOCK & ONG of 3 Malacca Street, Singapore, the Solicitors for OEI YOK KIE otherwise called WONG YUK KEE AND OEI THIAN EARN the Administrators of the said estate on or before the 30th day of June, 1951, after which date the said Administrators intend to distribute the said estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which notice has been received by Messrs. CHAN, LAYCOCK & ONG, Solicitors for the said Administrators.
