吳桑田謚吳九二 Goh Song Tian

偏安家族
偏安十八年歲次丙寅二月初五日 (1926, 民國十五年)
吳鯤鱗, 鯤鵬之父

This is likely Goh Song Tian as portrayed in Song Ong Siang's book "One Hundred Years' History of the Chinese in Singapore"

Quote:

In this year (1907) the Imperial Service Medal was presented to Mr Goh Song Tian (in the Chinese translation of Song's book, it is translated as 吳桑田), who had retired on pension, in November of the previous year, from the post of Storekeeper and Chinese Interpreter, Marine Department, after 26 years' service. This appears to have been the first instance of the award of this medal to a Chinese public servant for long, faithful and meritorius service.
