IN THE ESTATE OF KOW HOCK SAN, DECEASED (Probate No. 166 of 1929) Pursuant to Ordinance No. 144 (Trustees).
NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Kow Hock San late of No. 20, Ann Siang Hill, Singapore, deceased (who died on May 15, 1929, and whose Will was proved by Lee Ho Neo of No. 20, Ann Siang Hill, Singapore, the Executrix and Lee Cheng Tee of the same address, the Executor, therein named, on May 31, 1929, in the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements, Settlement of Singapore), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to the undersigned, the Solicitors of the said Executrix and Executor, on or before Jan. 31, 1930; and Notice is hereby also given that after that day the said Executrix and Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said Executrix and Executor shall then have notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice.
