Peranakan matriarch and first wife of Low Cheng Kiat (Lau Cheng Keat). She passed away at the age of 40 on 23 October 1924, leaving behind two sons and one daughter whose marriage connected the family to the prominent Law clan. Low Cheng Kiat later remarried Seah Kim Soh, who passed away young in 1930.

Yeo Chye Sim was the sister of Yeo Siew Chuan. Her daughter Low Hean Neo (Mary Lau Hean Neo / Mary Lau alias Chit) married Law Peng Siang, youngest son of Law Teck Yew and Ee Beng Choo Neo. Low Cheng Kiat's second wife was Seah Kim Soh (died November 1930 at age 32), with children including sons Seah Kim Huat and Seah Kim Heng, and daughters Seah Heng (Hean) Neo, Seah Geok Neo, and Seah Kee Neo.

Seah Kim Soh passed away in November 1930 (age 32) and was buried in Bukit Brown Block 3 B, Plot No. 923 on 3 November 1930. Her tomb was affected by the LTA project (tag no. 2135) and exhumed.
