Chin Chung Public School Song

Chin Chung Public School Song

On Taiyuan’s hill, our Chin Chung stands tall,
Anchored through endless time, unshakable through all.

Strive in youth, let purpose grow;
Persevere through trials, let inner strength show.
Self-renewing spirits rise, ever onward we go!

Guiding with patience, teaching from the heart,
Bright as cosmic stars aglow, sun and moon’s blended art.

*Brave as lions and tigers, fierce and bold;
Nimble as dragons, wise and free.
In virtue’s steps, where sages walked, we carve our destiny.

Scholars pure, from dawn to dusk;
Build your mountain high, never quit the task!

Chin Chung, our pride, we aim to soar,
Through learning’s boundless seas we ride, winds of courage at our core!

Here's the English translation:

My school is the Chin Chung Public  School, located at 25 Jalan Berahi.

My school is a newly constructed building. The school has six classrooms, an assembly hall, a principal's office, a teachers' lounge, a music room, and a physical education room. In front of the school, there is a playground which isn't very large. Every day we hold flag-raising ceremonies, flag-lowering ceremonies, and morning exercises on this playground.

My school is not a large institution. There are fifteen teachers, over 400 students, and two maintenance staff. The school operates in morning and afternoon sessions. Beautiful flowers and plants are grown all around the school grounds. Every day, students help teachers water the flowers, pull weeds, and keep the campus looking beautiful.

The students at school follow the rules well and are very polite. They greet teachers with proper etiquette every morning, and when class is over, they buy things in an orderly manner.

School is where we study, and we should keep it clean. Only when the school is clean can we study with focus and energy.
