This is found at the edge of the Bukit Brown Cemetery near Lornie Road, next to a large pit.

There is mystery surrounding this market ML, as it is not seen else where in Singapore.  It could stand for Municipal Land 

There is an upward pointing arrow inscribed on the opp face of the stone,  it could indicate property of the colonial government at that time.
