NOTICE OF EXHUMATION OF ISOLATED
GRAVES AT TELOK BLANGAH HEIGHTS
BELOW THE THOUSANDS BUDDHA TEMPLE
Notice is hereby given that about 15 isolated Chinese gravesare found on the slopes at Telok Blangah Heights below theThousands Buddha Temple(千佛寺).The graves are located onland known as Lot 1097& 1099 Mukim I opposite to HDB BlockNo.60.These graves are required to be exhumed for a publicdevelopment project.
The particulars as extracted from the headstones of 13 of thegraves are as follows:-

The particulars of the other two graves are unknown.
The Resettlement Department of Housing & DevelopmentBoard would exhume all the graves for cremation in the next 2 or3 months. Under the Government's Policy, cremated remains ofgraves which are claimed by next-of-kins or descendants will bestored in HDB Columbarium at Mandai.Remains of unclaimedgraves are to be disposed of at sea.
Next-of-kins/descendants of the deceased persons buried inthe above locality are notified to claim for the graves. They areadvised to call at the Resettiement Department's Central DistrictOffice at Hong Lim Complex,Unit Nos #04-53 to #04-58 (4thstorev) Ant Blk 531. Upper Cross Street. Singapore 0105. durina
