Mrs Tan Seng Poh passed away early this month at the age of 85, writes a correspondent. She was mother to the late Tan Keng Swee and Tan Keng wah and aunt to the Seah family. The Funeral takes place from Orchard Rd and Emerald Hill on Sunday at 11 am to the private burial ground at Thomson Road. The family of Seng Poh were welll knownto old residents. Seng Poh himself died in 1882
