Birth
On 5 January at 4.30 am at No 26 Oxley Road to Mr and Mrs Gan Khek Keng a son, named Gan Cheow How, doing well
Death
At 12.30 pm on January 5th at 26 Oxley Road from eclampsia, Mary See Chye Geok aged 20 years, beloved wife of Gan Khek Keng, and eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs See Teong Wah, J.P. M.C . Deeply regretted, Straits, F.M.S Java and China papers please copy. The funeral will take place on SUnday, January 14, at 10 am to the Municipal Chinese Burial ground at Bukit Brown
