Although the date of erection of  tomb is mentioned as 1842, it is not known when Khoo Cheng Tit and his wife died.   His has two "pairs" of sons, each which has its own generation name.  Perhaps they are born of two different wives

Although we know his original ancestry place Sin Kang (or Xin An) which refers to the ancestral village in Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian, China, from where many Hokkien Khoo (Khoo Kongsi) clan members migrated,  we think it is possible Khoo Cheng Tit may have came from Penang.

邱禎祥 Khoo Cheng Siang

There is a same name 禎祥  in Penang Wen San Teng, who in 1816 donated 3 yuan
