After checking all the published sources for the earliest Chinese tombs found in Singapore, this 1826 tomb inscription would be the oldest Chinese tomb inscription found in Singapore so far. It bring forward the date of Heng San Teng by at least 2 years (Heng San Teng said to be founded in 1828).
