Mrs. Seet Tiang Seng (nee Tan Poon Neo), age 47 passed away peacefully at her residence, 42 Mandalay Road, on Oct 11, 1937, at 3.30 a.m. She leaves behind her parents (Mr. and Mrs Tan Eng Siang), her beloved husband Mr Seet Tiang Seng, senior salesman of Imperial Chemical Industries (Malaya) Ltd., Singapore, eight daughters, Seet Pow Neo (Mrs. Lim Hock Chye), Ghee Neo (Mrs. Sng Koey Hoe), Kow Neo, Chit Neo, Tam Chee (Mrs. Poh Peng Yam), Bong Neo (Mrs. Lim Gin Chwee), Bong Soo and Molly, four sons-in-law and two grand children to mourn her loss. Funeral on Friday Oct 15, 1937, at 11 a.m., at Bukit Brown Cemetery. F.M.S. and Penang papers copy.
