次媳 = wife of the second son (second daughter-in-law of the household).
謚懿和 = her posthumous name is Yi He.
黃氏孺人 = née Huang; 孺人 is a respectful title for a married woman.
附塟 (= 附葬) = she is buried attached to the main tomb, not in a separate grave of her own.
仝敬立石 = “together respectfully set up this stone.”
