Koh Bah Teng , trustee of the Buddhist Temple at Kinta Road, married Tan Chui Hiang, daughter of Tan Chay Hoe 


The Temple later relocate to Tai Gin Road .  This Burmese Buddhist Temple is well known for large pure white marble statue of the Buddha brought in by Koh Bah Teng’s father U Kyaw Gaung
