Mrs Lim Chia Teck nee Goh Kim Neo at the age of 70 on 20th July 1939 at No 173 Pasir Panjang Road, 6 3/4 milestone. She left behind a son Lim Boon Eng, a daughter (Mrs Chia Keng Tye) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn her loss. Funeral at Bukit Brown Cemetery on Sunday 23rd July 1939 the cortège leaving at 11 am sharp
